PLATFORM 1: For the Core - Focusing on internal efforts to develop systems to foster a supportive and inclusive culture within the Sanggunian, where officers feel valued, empowered, and motivated to their fullest potential.

Officer Integration

    - To implement a mentorship and training program integrating officers into existing JGSOM Sanggunian processes to offer necessary groundwork and workshops. Tailor training sessions will be offered accordingly to equip upcoming Sanggunian officers effectively with the key skills and knowledge necessary to serve the student body.

Sanggunian Internship

    - To establish a structured internship program within the Sanggunian to provide interested students with a hands-on experience. The program is designed to allow interns to immerse themselves in various aspects of Sanggunian operations, including but not limited to event planning, advocacy, and governance. This also offers opportunities for interns to shadow officers, participate in meetings, and contribute to ongoing projects to help them make informed decisions about pursuing full officer positions.

Course Rep Support Program

    - In collaboration with the Sanggunian Arms, a structured program that is designed to offer comprehensive support to upcoming course representatives, including workshops on project management, legislative processes, and effective communication with constituents. Resources and guidance will be provided for course representatives to foster better engagement and representation for their constituents.

Budget Hearing Engagement Campaign

    - Simplify the budget hearing process to make it more transparent and understandable for the student body. To develop user-friendly materials to explain the budget allocation process and financial decisions.

PLATFORM 2: For the School - Forging partnerships and collaborative projects with other School Sanggunians and organizations to address the needs and concerns of represented and unrepresented sectors within the student body.

Academic Support Program

    - A centralized platform or resource hub to provide students with access to academic support services, including thesis assistance, administrative guidance, and connections to relevant offices within Ateneo.

JSEC Workers Support

    - Targeted support initiatives for JSEC Workers, such as mental health resources, professional development opportunities, or community-building activities. This will be in collaboration with JSEC Management and existing JSEC Stall student owners to implement and sustain support programs for JSEC Workers.

Business School Assembly

    - A platform for collaboration, communication, and decision-making among key stakeholders within the business school community. This would be composed of the JGSOM Representative, JGSOM Course Representatives, JGSOM Home Organization Presidents, and Presidents from COA-M’s Business Cluster Organization and LIONS Business & Analysis Organizations.

JGSOMonth

    - A month-long event to celebrate the various business & management courses of the Ateneo, and giving existing business-related organizations a platform to fully embrace entrepreneurship and to further unite the community by amplifying events under a single month. A collaborative effort between the JGSOM Sanggunian, COA-M’s Business Cluster Organizations, LIONS Business & Analysis Organizations, JGSOM Administration and Faculty.

PLATFORM 3: For the Nation - Producing projects that leverage Ateneo’s present facilities and resources to benefit the futures of Ateneans by supporting and empowering student-led initiatives that contribute to positive change in the community through innovation, creativity, and social responsibility.

Entrepreneurship Integration Initiative

    - A structured initiative to support senior students transitioning into their thesis projects, incorporating elements such as legal procedures, financial literacy workshops, and mentorship opportunities. This will be in collaboration with existing industry partners, alumni, and faculty members to provide students with real-world insights and practical skills relevant to their entrepreneurial endeavors.

Star Enterprise Program

    - A dedicated initiative to provide support and resources for JGSOM scholars who aspire to become and pursue their own entrepreneurial ventures. This includes, but not limited to, career development programs tailored specifically to the scholars’ needs to thrive in the startup ecosystem and financial subsidies, to assist scholars in launching their startup ventures or covering expenses related to their JGSOM thesis, particularly for those requiring initial capital to kickstart their projects.

Career Acceleration Program

    - A program that connect student aspirations with industry opportunities, and offers immersive experiences and networking events tailored to JGSOM courses. In collaboration with the JGSOM Dean's office, program directors, and LSOPCS, specialized career development services such as career fairs, industry talks, networking events, and other support services including resume workshops and internship placements. With a focus on low-commitment, high-exposure experiences, this is to ensure students’ can easily explore and feel at ease as they can freely choose their path in their chosen careers .

Big Blue Bazaar

    - A centralized platform that unites thesis groups from diverse courses and year levels to present their products both on and off campus. This provides participating thesis groups to effortlessly showcase their products and gather valuable market feedback. All thesis groups are invited to simply show up and engage with potential customers, enabling them to test their products and gain exposure within the Ateneo community and beyond.
